Overview
Tower Resources was admitted to trading on AIM under the ticker TRP in August 2005. Through the acquisition of Neptune Petroleum Ltd in January 2006, Tower Resources acquired its licences offshore Namibia and in northern Uganda. Peter Taylor, Peter Blakey and Mark Savage became major shareholders in Tower at the same time ("the Founding Shareholders"). The Founding Shareholders serve as non-executive directors of the Company.
