Corporate Overview
Tower Resources began trading on AIM under the ticker TRP in August 2005, and bought Neptune Petroleum Limited in January 2006. Through the takeover of Neptune, Tower Resources acquired its licences offshore Namibia and in northern Uganda.
Peter Kingston joined the Board as a Non-executive Chairman on 1st February 2006 and became Executive Chairman in December 2006.
The Company has raised funds in a number of Placing's of New Ordinary Shares.

On the 15th May 2009 the Company announced that it had issued to Directors a total of 3,966,668 warrants, to Peter Kingston, Peter Blakey, Peter Taylor, Mark Savage, Jeremy Asher as detailed below. The warrants were issued in lieu of fees waived by Directors, to conserve working capital, between November 2008 and October 2009.
