Tower Resources plc (AIM:TRP), the oil and gas exploration company with interests in sub-Saharan Africa, principally in Uganda and Namibia, is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company, which took place earlier today at 11:00 a.m. at the offices of Sprecher Halberstam LLP, 5th Floor, One America Square, Crosswall, London, EC3N 2SG, all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed.
