Tower Resources plc ("Tower") announces that Agile Energy Limited yesterday purchased 1,550,000 ordinary shares of Tower Resources plc at an average price of 2.6564p.
This brings Agile Energy Limited's total shareholding up to 96,750,000 shares equating to 7.89 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
Agile Energy Limited is owned by the Asher Family Trust, of which Jeremy Asher, the non-executive Chairman of Tower, is the lifetime beneficiary.
