The Company received notification on 20 June 2007 that on the 7 June 2007 the CIM Special Situations Fund Limited bought 2,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company ('Ordinary Shares').

CIM Special Situations Fund Limited now has an interest in 33,350,000 Ordinary Shares representing 7.276% of the total voting rights of Tower Resources plc.
