Director Shareholding

The Company has today received the following notifications of changes in director shareholdings:

Within Mr Taylor's previously disclosed interests in the voting rights of the Company were 2,708,333 ordinary shares of 0.1p each which he held as nominee for Zambari Overseas Limited, the beneficial owner.  On 31 July 2007, these shares were transferred to Zambari Overseas Limited for nil consideration.

Within Mr Blakey's previously disclosed interests in the voting rights of the Company were 2,708,334 ordinary shares of 0.1p each which he held as nominee for Zambari Overseas Limited, the beneficial owner.  On 31 July 2007, these shares were transferred to Zambari Overseas Limited for nil consideration.

Following the transfer, Mr Taylor and Mr Blakey no longer have any interest in the Transfer Shares.
