Grant of options

The Company announces that on 20 September 2007 it granted options to Peter
Kingston, Executive Chairman of the Company and Marilyn Hill, General Manager of
the Ugandan operations as below:

The Company has also issued 454,545 new ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the
Company ('Ordinary Shares') to Peter Kingston as part of his consultancy
agreement.

Application for admission of the new Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM is
expected to occur on 27 September 2007. Following admission, the Company will
have 537,107,878 Ordinary Shares in issue.
