Result of AGM - Tower Resources

Tower Resources plc (“Tower”), LN: TRP, the AIM listed exploration company, announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company, which took place earlier today, all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed.

A presentation was made to shareholders after the conclusion of formal business, a copy of which can be found on Tower’s website www.towerresources.co.uk.
